As President of Critical Care Systems, Tom Martin’s primary focus is on providing the best possible clinical care to our patients. In his role as President, he is responsible for strategic and operational leadership as well as expanding Critical Care Systems into new markets.

Mr. Martin has worked in the home infusion and specialty pharmacy industry for over 20 years.  He has held senior positions in several national home infusion companies, managing a network of company owned pharmacies and franchised locations.

Prior to joining Critical Care Systems, Mr. Martin was with Accredo Health Inc. as Vice President of Western Operations and Business Development. In these roles he was responsible for managing field operations and providing the local pharmacy and nursing services for patients in their home. In his business development role, he was involved in mergers and acquisitions in the home infusion and specialty pharmacy industry.

Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio Northern University in Ada Ohio.

John C. Prior has held a number of key positions within the company, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President of the Wound Care Management Business and Senior Vice President of Finance.

As COO and CFO, Mr. Prior is responsible for managing all day to day operational and financial aspects of the company, including implementing effective growth strategies and ensuring financial strength and operating efficiency. 

Before joining the company, Mr. Prior spent eight years with the Health Care Auditing and Consulting Group of KPMG Peat Marwick, where he held a variety of positions including Senior Manager. 

A Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Mr. Prior holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Iona College.

Andrew C. Walk has served as Senior Vice President of Operations since 2004, overseeing operations on a national level.  Prior to this position, Mr. Walk served for four years as Area Vice President, where he was responsible for directing day to day management of the company’s Midwest branches.

Mr. Walk has devoted his entire career to the health care field, bringing a wealth of experience to his current role.  Previously, he was a partner in the St. Louis based health care consulting company HSI, where clients included hospitals, physicians and managed care organizations.  Mr. Walk has also worked for other infusion companies as a Regional Vice President and General Manager.

Mr. Walk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy.

Craig J. Vollmer has served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing since 2004 and is responsible for the execution of the Company’s sales strategy, sales training and development, field marketing support and payor contract initiatives.   Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Sales, National Sales Director and South Area Sales Director for the Company.

Before joining Critical Care Systems in 2000, Mr. Vollmer held sales and management positions with other infusion companies and has more than 14 years of sales and management experience in the specialty infusion industry. 

Mr. Vollmer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, majoring in advertising, from The Ohio State University.
