The following questions and answers will serve as a guide when considering a career with Critical Care Systems.
Why does Critical Care Systems accept resumes only online?
An online resume system helps us better manage the application and hiring process. We receive a significant number of resumes each year. Based on your stated area of interest, your resume will be forwarded to the appropriate recruiting team. An online system also allows you to update your information or apply to additional postings without having to submit a new resume each time.
What opportunities are currently available at Critical Care Systems?
To see our current postings, go to http://ccs.apply2jobs.com.
How do I submit a resume?
Each job posting has a button at the bottom that allows you to submit your resume via the online response form. Just fill in the required information, and click Submit. Your resume will instantly become part of our searchable database. (Submitting your resume more than once for the same position will not increase your chances of being contacted.)
What if I don’t have an e-mail address?
You can create an e-mail address free of charge through a number of online services.
What if I’m interested in a position that isn’t listed on the careers page? Can I submit my resume anyway?
Yes, you can submit your resume even if you’re not suited to any of the current openings. Your resume will remain in the database for future consideration. You can also sign up for Job Agent to receive notification via e-mail whenever there’s an opening in your category.
What is a Job Agent?
Job Agents are automatic notifications of all newly posted positions in a given category.
How do I stop receiving Job Agent jobs?
The next time you receive one, click on the link to discontinue the alerts.
What can I do once I log back into my profile?
- You can edit your contact information.
- You can edit your resume.
- You can update your e-mail address.
- You can change your password.
- You can track all the jobs for which you’ve submitted your resume.
What is a source, and why am I required to select one?
For various reasons, it’s important for us to know whether prospective new hires are hearing about us mainly through advertisements, job boards, word of mouth, or otherwise.
I’d like to include a cover letter with my resume. How can I find out the name of the right person to send it to?
You can paste in your cover letter after you paste in your resume, or you can put it in the cover letter box. Since your resume will be received in a central database, it isn’t necessary to address it to a specific individual.
I entered my e-mail address, but the system tells me that there’s no login for that address.
You will need to create a profile. Creating a profile will allow you to apply repeatedly without having to enter a new resume each time.
I forgot my password. Help!
If you’ve forgotten your password, enter your e-mail address, and click on the Forgot Password link. A new password will be sent to your e-mail address.
I submitted my resume to you and now need to make changes. What should I do?
Just log into your profile to change your info. Please note that if you didn’t create an account profile, this feature won’t be available. Also note that if you’ve uploaded a resume into your profile, you won’t be able to cut and paste it later. You must upload a new resume into the profile for a new resume to be submitted for future positions.
How do I know whether you received my resume via the online response form?
You’ll receive a confirmation message on the site, and a follow-up confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.
Will I be notified if the job is filled?
Due to the high volume of submissions, we’ll contact only those candidates whose qualifications most closely suit our needs.
How long are job postings on the website?
Posting length will vary depending on the particular job.
