Your team may include: Registered nurse clinicians with backgrounds in hematology/oncology, immunology, nutrition support, critical/intensive care, transplant and pediatrics provide patient care and education and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Clinical liaisons who assist in facilitating patient discharge to home and proper patient education. Clinical pharmacists who provide therapeutic drug monitoring and consult with physicians to provide positive clinical outcomes. Nutrition support dietitians available to provide consultation on nutritionally compromised patients. Local reimbursement specialists who verify patient benefits, obtain authorizations and assist patients with their insurance coverage questions. Patient service representatives who manage the delivery of patient drug inventory and supplies. All drugs are compounded in an ISO 5 clean room mixing environments that meet USP <797> guidelines. Therapies and supplies are managed to minimize potential waste and associated costs.
